Quality Assurance (QA) is a critical part of providing reliable, high-quality services in the State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (SVRA). The SVRA’s QA process should be designed to ensure that every deliverable meets established standards for accuracy, efficiency, and performance for both internal and external stakeholders.

By following a structured approach that may include, but not be limited to, planning, testing, monitoring, and validation, the SVRA can identify potential risks early and verify that Federal and State requirements have been met. This process promotes consistency, reduces errors and anomalies, and supports continuous improvement across every stage of the VR process.

Explore this page to learn more about QA methodology, key process steps, testing standards, roles and responsibilities, and tools and practices that can be used to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle.
