Our Mission, Vision & Goals

Project Introduction

Mission

To provide effective, high quality, and impactful training and technical
assistance to State VR agencies and their partners that strengthen VR program
management and performance and improve employment outcomes for individuals with
disabilities.

Vision

To be a trusted and valued partner with VR agencies and their stakeholders by
providing innovative and impactful TA and training that improves the management of VR
agencies and improves services and outcomes for VR consumers.

Goals

1. Strengthen the fiscal and resource management capacity of VR agencies
2. Improve the program and performance management of VR agencies through
data informed decision-making.
3. Support VR agencies in identifying, implementing, and sustaining evidence-
informed employment strategies and practices that lead to competitive integrated employment.
4. Support VR agencies in developing, formalizing, and sustaining strategic
partnerships with service providers, workforce entities, employers, educational
institutions, and community-based organizations to enhance coordinated service delivery and employment outcomes.
