The Inclusive & Remote Employer Database is a curated and evolving resource that identifies employers and job roles that may be accessible to individuals seeking remote or flexible work arrangements. 

The database includes:

• Employers offering remote or hybrid roles
• Employers recognized for disability‑inclusive practices
• Job categories organized by skill area
• Typical education pathways associated with each skill area
• Direct links to employer websites and job listings

Rather than analyzing each job listing individually, the database organizes opportunities by skill area, allowing counselors and job seekers to quickly identify common entry pathways for different career fields and clear sorting filters for easy identification.
